Frequently asked questions

  • Why should I consider custom branding?
Investing in custom branding for your coffee catering experience adds value to your event in ways that go beyond just providing drinks. Here’s why it’s worth the extra cost: Memorable Impressions: Custom branding, like branded cups, latte art with your logo, or decorated coffee stations, leaves a lasting impression on your guests. When attendees see your logo or message integrated into their experience, it reinforces your brand’s identity and elevates the event’s quality in their eyes. Enhanced Guest Experience: Branded elements make the event feel more cohesive and curated, enhancing the overall experience for guests. They’ll notice the attention to detail, and it can make them feel valued and more connected to your company’s culture or message. Social Media Exposure: Custom branding increases the likelihood that guests will share photos of the event on social media. Personalized cups, beautiful latte art, and a well-decorated coffee bar become instant photo opportunities, giving your brand organic visibility on social platforms. Professionalism and Quality: Custom branding signals to guests that your company is willing to go above and beyond to create a premium experience. This level of detail not only reflects well on your brand but also communicates your commitment to quality and excellence. Ultimately, custom branding enhances your event by creating a unified, memorable, and shareable experience. It’s an investment in making your event remarkable and your brand unforgettable.

This allows us to serve 50-75 guests per hour while maintaining exceptional quality in every cup.
  • How much space is needed for the cart?
The ideal set up area is a level, 8x8' section. However, we can work with a 4.5x8' section.
